About Displays page which has overview of the Rotarians On Social Networks Fellowship Hub.
Login Via Facebook Login via Facebook by clicking on button and following these steps:

1.  If this is first time logging into Facebook using this browser, click on the Facebook Login icon that appears in upper left, and select your id or enter your Facebook id and password.  No additional permission requests should appear as only public profile name and id are requested.  This step should not be required again unless you clear the browser cookies.

2.  If member has not logged into the rosnfhub.org website before, a form requesting Club Type, Club District, and Club Name will be displayed.  After selecting club type and entering club district then click on button to refresh select club name list.  The Club Name can be selected from list of clubs for the district or a new club name can be entered.  Then press complete login button. 

3.  Upon successful login, the member's name, club, and district with corresponding directory entry links will appear in place of "Welcome Guest".

On succeeding logins the existing member directory entry will be found via Facebook login id and no additional input will be required to complete login.  The current logged in member will be remembered via browser cookies until member clicks  logout.  If using a shared browser, please logout when done, as logged in members have permission to update all member and club directory entries within their district.
Logout Logout to remove cookies and prevent other computer users to update as logged member.

Welcome Back Displays "Welcome Back" followed by member name with link to member directory entry, member club type and name with link to club directory entry, and club district with link to District Directory entry. 
Search Search the current directory using club type, club district, and keyword search settings.
Club Type Select club type - Rotary Club, Rotary eClub, or Rotaract Club
Club District Enter club district (Visit www.ourclubhub.org to find districts and clubs by zone, country, and region.
Keyword Enter one or more keywords which must be at least 4 characters each used to search fields in a directory.  Add + or - preceding words to indicate they are required or rejected respectively:
* Member Directory - search name, classification or special interest, and club name.  For example enter "Peace Fellow" to see members with this classification. Once member has logged in, they can go to member_update and add classification and associated Facebook page link.
* Club Directory - club name.  For example, "Pinellas" will display clubs with that word in their club name.
* District Directory - district location which includes zone, country(count of countries), and region.  For example "ZN34" will show all the districts in zone 34.  Note add * if zone includes sections A, B, or C.

These are special keywords for member directory:
* PENDING - shows only members pending initial login
* MEMBER = shows only member who have logged in
* ADMIN - shows only members who have been made administrators
* BANNED - shows only logged in users who have been banned by administrators for not following the
Rotary Four-Way-Test.
Row Limit Set maximum rows in directory to be displayed on each query.  The current default is 20.  The maximum is 200 which might be set to retrieve entire directory query which could then be printed or saved to PDF etc.  Leaving the limit too high may slow everyone down, and may add to your data usage on cell phones.
Reset Reset club type, club district, and keyword, and refresh current directory.
Member Directory Display selected member directory entries with the following fields.  The default order is by member name.  The member directory can also be sorted by clicking on field column title for type, club name, district, or update timestamp.  Click on title again to reverse the order.  To find specific member name, club, or classification enter keyword and search.
Member Facebook profile picture with link to Facebook profile search by name.  If picture not available default icon for Rotarian or Rotaractor is displayed.
Member name with link to Facebook profile searcj by name, classification or special interest with link to associated Facebook page if available, and member status: Pending first login to join, member with update privileges within district, or admin with update privileges for all districts.
Club type - RC Rotary Club, REC Rotary EClub, or RAC RotarAct Club
Club name with link to club directory entry.  If club not found, then member can add club directory entry within district along with optional club Facebook page and group.
Club map link to search Googlemaps by club type and name.  The map search name can be modified to add specific location info and once found driving directions can be obtained.
District with link to district directory entry.  If district not found, then an administrator will need to add district directory entry with option district Facebook page and group.
Update member date and time with link to member responsible for last update.
Club Directory Display selected Club Directory entries with the following fields.  The default order is by club name.  The club directory can also be sorted by clicking on field column title for type, total club members, district, or update timestamp.  Click on title again to reverse the order. 
Type of club - RC Rotary Club, REC Rotary EClub, RAC RotarAct Club
Club name with link to club Facebook page if available
Map link search Googlemaps by club type and name showing location of club meeting ore eClub district.  Once club meeting is located, driving directions can be requested.
Group link to club Facebook group if available
Total club members with link to member directory entries. The keyword search field is only used to limit clubs shown and not the members in club.
District with link to District Directory entry
Update club date and time with link to member responsible for last update
District Directory Display selected District Directory entries with the following fields.  The default order is by district.  The district directory can also be sorted by clicking on field column title for district, location, total district clubs, total district club members, or update timestamp.  Click on title again to reverse the order.   Enter keyword and then search to limit districts to specified zone, country, or region.  Note all countries may not be found as some districts have up to 14 countries
District with link to district Facebook page if available
Total clubs in district with link to Club Directory entries.  The total will only show those clubs that match search club type.  Click on total clubs column heading to sort directory by total clubs shown.
Total members in district with link to Member Directory entries.   The total will only show those members that match search club type.  Click on total members column heading to sort directory by total members shown.

Update district date and time with link to member responsible for last update
Member Update Add, update, or delete member with the following fields:
Member Facebook name from profile page.  This field will be updated from Facebook when login is completed.  If the name is different from pending member name, then new member entry will be created and the pending entry will need to be deleted.
Member Facebook username may be entered for pending member by copying the Facebook profile URL.  The username will be extracted from URL.  This field is only used to provide profile link for pending login member without profile id.  If neither username nor profile id is entered, then only name without profile link will appear until member completes login such as club members which do not yet have Facebook account profiles.
Member Facebook profile id may be entered for pending member by copying the profile picture URL on profile page by right clicking on picture and selecting copy image link and then pasting it in this field.  The profile id will be extracted from the URL.  If this field is omitted for pending member, then the default Rotarian or Rotaractor icon will be displayed until login is completed.  If you would like to add ribbon at bottom of your Facebook profile picture showing you are proud member of Rotary Club or Rotaract Club see this posting in the ROSNF Member Discussion Group after you login to complete ROSNF membership.
Member classification or special interest
Member classification or special interest Facebook page username may be entered by coping the page URL.  The page username will be extracted from the URL.
Select Member Club Type - Rotary Club, Rotary EClub, or Rotaract Club.
Enter District.
Click on button to refresh club name list for club type and district.
Select Club Name from list of clubs in district.
Enter new club name if not found in list.
Last update field will appear if updating existing member entry
Click Add, Update, or Delete within district.  Administrators have additional options to change member status between banned, member, and administrator across all districts.
Club Update Add, update, or delete club with the following fields:
Club Name
Club Facebook page username may be entered by copying the club Facebook page URL.  The username will be extracted from URL.  This field is used to provide link from club name in club directory entries.
Club Facebook group username may be entered by copying the club Facebook group URL.  The username will be extracted from URL.  This field is used to provide link from club group in club directory entries.

Enter Club District
Last update field will appear if updating existing club entry
Click Add, Update, or Delete within district.  Administrators have option to change clubs across all districts.
District Update Add, update, or delete district with the following fields:
Enter District
District location - zone with ZN prefix to insure 4 characters, country, and regions.  Optionally city may be added as additional identifier.  See districts in "Florida" with major cities added.
District Facebook page username may be entered by copying the district Facebook page URL.  The username will be extracted from URL.  This field is used to provide link from district in district directory entries.
District Facebook group username may be entered by copying the Facebook group URL.  The username will be extracted from URL.  This field is used to provide link from group in district directory entries.
Last update field will appear if updating existing district entry
Click Add, Update, or Delete.  Members can only update their district entry.  Administrators have option to change all districts.
Navigation Bar The first and last line of each directory report contains navigation bar with the following fields:
Back - backup to previous webpage if any (same as browser back key)
Forward - advance to next webpage if any (same as browser forward key)
Directory Name with link to directory without any search parms
Order by column name with + for ascending and - for descending
Search parms form header or from cross links on other directories
Next - next set of directory rows up to limit if any
Prev - previous set of directory rows if any
count of rows displayed including total rows selected
